Ingredients

  • 2 cups multi grain flour


  • 1/2 cups sugar powdered(for sweet tooth add extra sugar)


  • 3 nos eggs


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1 tsp coco powder


  • 1/4 cups butter melted


  • 3 tsp ghee

Directions

  • Add cocoa powder, baking powder to the Multigrain flour and sieve & keep aside.
  • Beat the eggs with sugar till fluffy and keep aside.
  • Mix the flour with beaten eggs, butter, ghee and we get Cake batter consistency...
  • Greece the Square Cake pan with ghee or butter and pour the Cake batter.
  • Bake the Cake at 180-degree c for 20 minutes...
  • Prick the Cake with the toothpick, if it comes out clean the Cake is ready...
  • Can also add nuts and dry fruits, which gives more richness to Cake.
